I am able to sniff USB logs for this device, will this be useful to anybody? Its my story, Now is there any way or solution to get rid from this problem.

I can not believe that this does not work, since windows 10 was said to work with everything OOTB and 138x work with windows Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
