As per shaneymc 4. They're not free though and do not come as standard with CMS, this is why you need to engage Avaya to obtain them. I don't know why, or where permissions would have to change. If you need to access real time data, then I suggest to talk ofbc Avaya representative. One of our groups uses it to access the Informix tables directly.

They cannot change anything however ODBC avaaya not subject to the CMS applications permissions so they will be abaya to see all the available data. I don't understand how they access it though. I also verified it's running on our CMS.
