We have it working perfectly fine with balance scale attached to a Windows 10 PC. Your expectations are un-realistic and if you want to go back to win 7 you can easily do that but IMHO that would be short sighted. If your operating system is Windows 7 or newer: The balance kind of works but doesn't return fully compliant data to our software. You must purchase a new cable with the black cable jacket. If your operating system is Windows Vista or older: To install the driver, extract all files from the compressed folder and run the driver installer.
