MACGREGOR NVG2 DRIVER DOWNLOAD

Prior to this I had the original NVG. Tighter dispersion and an incredibly "boring" trajectory. Macgregor really has something here and it's funny that I've only discovered this years after its arrival on the market. The whole head is clean, unfussy and simple to live with — it just happens to have the capability to straighten the shot most club golfers actually hit. This driver is a very long, solid driver.

Try the club-it is a lot of fun. The sound on all of these clubs is ridiculous-it would have been an adjustment coming from the "old" no matter what I got, but the Tour Mactec seems at least somewhat respectable.

The hollow cavities should have been powerful and forgiving, but we had a tendency to hit shots on a high, looping flight that lacked the penetration or venom needed to add distance.

I like the tour model because it has an open face, but the shaft was launching a tad low for my taste. MacGregor is renowned in Japan for making high-tech gear from the finest materials.

The forgiveness of this head was really noticeable. Subject to credit approval.

Just looking at the threads concerning the MacTec NVG2 Tour and this is my first posting as I have just joined today, so I am asking for some help here please.

MacGregor uses TVC beta-titanium in the NVG2's cup face, because its high elongation properties are ideal to generate hot ball response from all points of impact. Isn't te best feeling driver I've hit, in fact, it is a little stiff feeling and while it has a largish sweet spot it never feels sweet or pured.

It still seemed as if it produces more spin than my NVG 9. Quadra tungsten weighting complements the power of the NVG2 with an abundance of control - something you'll appreciate if you want to play your second shot from the fairway, not the tee box.

The hosel of the club sits a small distance back from the face of the driver, which helps keep the ball from going left. I will keep updating as I find things I like and don't like.

Posted 30 September - Cover gas a zipper which sucks. I paid 50 for it new, fits me better than any driver I have ever owned still to this day. Haven't tried it, never had a hybrid before, we'll see what that's like.

I tested many but these came out best - the heads were slightly heavier than some but I found that it suited my game. Golfers get more clubhead speed without swinging harder. Now I will say that just the sound alone is miles better than the aluminum bat sound of the Hibore.

The clubhead utilizes two kinds of titanium. It is plenty long and plenty forgiving — and much more workable than its older sibling. No big deal for me. So every shot feels like you hit it dead center. Impossible to slice or hook unless you purposely set up with the clubface way open or closed. Nice slight color tint to the black paint almost a purple sheen.

I had much better macgregoe today. D2, Burner and Superquad were decent sounding as well. I am now getting a draw shape but believe you me you can still slice badly with this club!!

It was a solid driver with the Quadra Action shaft.
